THIS SOAP CUTTER IS NOT FOR CUTTING MELT AND POUR
OR GLYCERIN SOAP.
Description - Your Pro Soap Mold:
Made to last a lifetime using tough, High Density,
Food Grade, plastic.
Easy to clean and No maintenance.
Easy to disassemble and de-mold. Your block of
soap can be out of the mold and ready to cut in less than a minute!
Double celled - to allow for the pouring of two
blocks of soap at the same time.
Better saponification is achieved in our molds due
to even and sustained temperatures, giving your soap a complete
conversion of oils to glycerin and soap.
You do not have to pour full depth!
One misunderstanding about large block pours is
that you have to fill it up, you don’t. Filling your mold just gives
you the least waste per pound of soap poured.
You can pour 4” (10cm) deep, 4 bars deep, 7 bars
deep, whatever you want. Your software will calculate the batch size
for you.
Things you can do with Block Molds:
Sample batches are no problem. You can pour just a
couple of bars deep. Cut the short loaves just as you would the
longer loaves.
Swirling and Marbling….no problem. You can do it
in the mold or in the pot.
Designs and Layering….no problem. Embed designs
right into the mold. (See our Soap Shaper). Layering can be done
using various colors from several different pours.
Pretty much anything you can do with a tray or
loaf mold, you can do with a block mold.
